What you can expect!

In this gathering we will be exploring the theme of Acceptance through movement, meditation, breath work, ritual, journaling and more.  At the end of each session there will be plenty of time to connect in community while sipping a hot beverage in a beautiful inviting space.

Please bring a yoga mat and or a blanket as well as a journal and pen.  Look forward to being a part of your journey to reclaiming your radiance!
